Senior Year!!

As the beginning of a new school year looms, I always feel a sense of excitement. Unlike most of my classmates, I have always loved returning to school from summer break. Maybe it’s the pumpkin spice lattes and chill of fall, but the return of classes makes me happy. What's different this year, though, is that this will be my last year of high school. While I am excited for a new chapter of my life in college, I am also incredibly sad to leave such an amazing period of my young adulthood.

But, as I have learned through 8apart, there is so much beauty in change. There’s a reason why all of our pieces are adjustable and made to grow with you; change is normal. Change is necessary. That said, I have come to realize that the best moments in life are moments just before evolution. That’s why, at 8apart, we cherish the times of consistency. Even when things might seem mundane or monotonous, I always remind myself that change is just a blink away. This is all a long-winded way of saying that change is unavoidable, so enjoy it. Throw on a wrap dress, adjust accordingly, and remember that senior year (as a metaphor) is around the corner.
